Message	for excellence" would be entirely accurate, that would be blaming an entire company for an individual's or group of individuals' actions. I don't think anyone that cared about the company would have shipped that product out, but there are so many employees that they don't stop to inspect ever single square inch of what's being sent. Coz doesn't have an enormous shop with tens of employees, so it's easier for him to run his shop that way. I think that Z1 does a good job considering the number of hands an order goes through before it gets to your doorstep. I've done a lot of business with both vendors, and I think I've had an issue with Coz just as many times as I have with Z1 vs. the amount of business I've done with either vendor. No business is perfect, and that's just my opinion based upon my experience. Cheers, JBrobst
